I have found Pauline by accident through Google in September 2025 to help me with my HMRC ordeal that started due to two unprofessional accountants messing with my self assessments.                                       She immediately took over my extremely difficult case and dealt it as a champion. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly, I have seen her amazing work first hand and finally after 8 months hard work she managed to overcome the harsh HMRC’s decision. For the first time I felt like I have found an accountant who was working to help me and solve my case. She has spent a tremendous time over the past 8 months and effort helping me figure out what was best for my case efficiently, communicative, explanatory break down all the issues so they are fully digestible for a tax dummy like me. She was always available when I had queries and she went above and beyond to ensure everything is handled properly.
